After joining Agloco in NOVEMBER of 2007, my referral network has grown incredibly, considering the small amount of time I've put into promoting Agloco.

As of today, I have 2002 total members in my network. As you can see from the picture on the left, I have only 22 direct referrals and the rest are extended (referred by my direct referrals, their referrals, and so on to 5 levels deep). This is a remarkable ratio, and it goes to show you that you don't need to refer very many people for your network to take off.If you follow my simple referral techniques (link is at the top right of this blog) you will learn exactly what I did to experience these results.
My first recommendation is to send an email to everyone you know (friends, business contacts, aquaintances, family, etc.)
This what I did as soon as I joined, and resulted in about 15 direct referrals. The rest I joined after I talked to them personally.
The key is to send out an email blast to at least 100-200 people you know initially. Then focus on keeping in constant contact with your direct referrals, helping them replicate this process.

Being that I have many years of experience in network and internet marketing, and have achieved a measure of success during that time, I often get asked the question, "Why Agloco?".The answer is simple. I wanted to give a quick update with my current referral numbers and some information about what you can do to experience the same kind of growth I am experiencing 
The direct referrals are the member that I personally referred to Agloco and who used my special referral URL to sign up. The extended referrals are the people that my direct referrals signed up all the way down to 5 levels.
So if I referred Bill and Bill referred Jim, Jim would be on my 1st extended referral level. If Jim signed up Sally, she would be on my 2nd extended referral level. This continues down to 5 levels of extended referrals.
You can see how quickly the referrals can grow.
Many have asked me how my extended referrals are growing so quickly, considering I only have 20 direct. The answer is simple. I started a major blast as soon as I joined Agloco.
What is a major blast? It is simply getting the Agloco message out to a large amount of people in your "warm maket" the quickest amount of time.
Your warm market is simply people that you know on a first name basis.
The first thing I did was send out an email to everyone in my email address book. I recommend sending out an email to a minumum of 100 people. I have put together some great emails that you can use to send out to people.
I sent out an email to about 150 people letting them know about Agloco and how to join for free. Of those 150 people, 135 said no, but 15 said YES! So 10% of the people said YES to Agloco and signed up. That is about the percentage I expected.
So where did my other 5 direct referrals come from?
I personally phoned up or met with a number of my close friends and contacts. With some of them I was able to connect with them face-to-face and told them about Agloco. Then I followed up with an email on how to sign up. About 50% of the people I talked to this way, signed up for Agloco.
This leads me to make a very imprortant point that will propel you to success with Agloco if you understand it and follow it carefully:
The more you build your network around RELATIONSHIPS the most success you will have in both direct referring and extended referring.
When you can connect with people on a personal level, the relationship dynamic comes into play, which is crucial to the growth of your ogrganization. Agloco is a social ecomomic network....and the social element is the most important part to building a solid, fast-growing, and long-term viable organization.
What's great about Agloco is that it is completely free and is very easy to share with people. You are not taking people's money and so all the uncomfortable feelings that are usually accompany "tell-a-friend" opportunities are eliminated. There is huge upside potential with Agloco, and zero risk.
Try to make a list of around 200 people that you know on a first name basis. Then send out an email blast to those on your list. If you don't have everyone's emails, then either phone them up to tell them about Agloco, or meet up with them for coffee. You will also run into all sorts of people that you are aquainted with but didn't have contact info for. Take the time to share Agloco with these people and grab their emails from them. Then email them within 24 hours with info on Agloco and how to sign up using your personall referral URL.
How long did it take me to get my 20 direct that have turned into 819 in just a few short weeks? About 2 hours time. That's it!
I am now working with my direct referrals to help them duplicate the few simple actions that I did to get to where I am now. My network is growing the way it is because people are following the steps I took to get my 20 directs.
